1. When you first enter the Dispatcher option, a Select An Option window will appear; select ADD.
2. In the Dispatcher field, enter a two digit alpha-numeric code to identify the dispatcher.
3. In the Name field, enter the name or description of the Dispatcher.
4. Command options will appear, allowing you to Add or Exit. Select Add to add the dispatcher.
5. You are then positioned at the top of a new record to add another Dispatcher. Press Enter to exit.
